Have you played with others? he has a really low chance to spawn and of course rng. one week i didnt see him at all playing constant corpus missions, this week seen him 8 times,
The only thing that i can say that would help is start a party with everyone marked, it improves the chances of his spawning,
Corpus defence missions have proved the best for me but everyone has varied results

there pretty much 5 plat each no matter the tier, thats the normal price in game that i normally see
u can ask in game in the trade chat to make sure.

um i hope you no those prices are insanely high, in game they go for 5 plat each give or take a couple

^ the stug is a side arm
mods you need are Hornet strike, Barrel diffusion, leathal torrent, from there you can either add more corrosive convusion+pathogen rounds ,and u can add another element or two depending on what faction your facing

Do a 30~min survival on saturn, i normaly get a average of 7 cells each go

It was update 9.8

For bastille there was a hot fix that limited the number to 13 enemies i think, before it was unlimited though
power strenghth buffs it from there though, and throwing another bastille gives u another 13 enemies suspended.

Play Saturn, Mimas survival for at least 15 min. you should get at least 1-3 cells. A few of my 30 min runs got me 8 cells
