[Game crashes while riding k-drive over lake at Orb Vallus]

When I ride my k-drive over the lakes in Orb Vallus, the game freezes then crashes. This has happened twice now. I was using the default k-drive launcher, not a custom one. The second time, I lost all of my resources in that mission including several vega toroids. There was a four star alert level, so the amount of enemies may have had something to do with it, but I can't recall the alert level the first time it crashed.

[Buttons don't work after controller disconnects]

When my Xbox One wireless controller dies while in game and I reconnect it, a bug happens. I am able to press (A) to close the error message about the controller disconnecting. After that, I am able to move the cursor around if I am in a menu but none of the other inputs trigger any kind of response. I have systematically tried every button but the only one that still works is the Xbox menu button. I am unable to open the chat, pause menu, and anything else. This has happened on the login screen, in the tenno research lab menu within the dojo, in the foundry, and in the orbiter. I have not suffered a controller disconnection while in a mission so I can't say whether this happens there as well. 

[Operator unable to interact with pets]

I read in the patch notes that the operator can now interact with pets, but when I push the "Interact with ______" button in the companion menu as the operator, nothing happens. I have tried this with Adarza and Smeeta kavats as well as the Helminth Charger. (I do not possess any kubrows to test this with.)

Please fix this! I would love to see the interactions with my kavats!
