nvm did another run and they stopped spawning again but this time I don't have robotic onslaught

I wanted to farm some Axi relics on Apollo, Lua Steel Path and tried to reach 100 rounds as well. If a "Robotic Onslaught" conduit appears enemies will stop spawning except the demolisher. The only way to get enemies to spawn again is to kill the demolisher. BUT if you let the conduit fail, enemies will stop spawning entirely. This is my second run where it happened:
