I've done some research and the first plague star event was in November. 2017 and then came back in April and then back in September 18. I'm thinking from the gaps in between them before and the new eidolon remaster it could be soon?

Im swaying towards tatsu as its more of a favorite. Im assuming with the forced slash procs we would go for a viral build and condition overload. What kind of build would we be using? also what would the ideal stats be? because i know the cd and cc arent particularlly great and wouldnt know if I would need one, if I did need one or could only have one for whatever reason what would that be?

I love Tatsu and gram animations. I know the gram will hit harder but is there a huge gap or moderate? I can afford a good riven for either

I was wondering with a riven if needs be. Would the stradavar be better as a viral/hunter munitions build or corrosive build?

Would they normally announce that it is going to be on at whatever time? I thought it was like the ghoul purge. It just shows up?
