  1. I'm also LR4 and have been playing the game for over half a decade. I haven't bothered saving any of the MR fodder weapons or bad prime weapons nor have I kept many of the non-primed Warframes, so when the best I get as an option and actually have available to me is a Twin Rogga, which I can do *something* with, and the *only* frame available I get is an Atlas without access to any stat stick, I'm not going to provide much value to my team. Best I could do is run around spamming petrify and avoid bullets while taking out an enemy every now and then. I'd have killed to get my Trinity or Knell prime, and ended up having infinitely more success when the game rerolled my best options to Prisma Grakata and Ember, neither of which I play all that much and have only mediocre builds on. They could've just made it RNG whether the game mode is actually available at all and I'd have had the same experience. Like actual difficulty-wise the game mode isn't that hard. What makes it """"difficult"""" is DE just randomizing whether it's worth even trying.

    *cough* Skill issue *cough*

But seriously, the best colution would probably be an OPTION to reroll the loadout options after daily reset. Then you have the choice between, do you wanna keep this build that you maybe spend time putting together and modding already, or you wanna try getting a loadout option that better fits you?

The thing is, the game mode doesn't really require any more skill than Steel Path content. Either you get a loadout that's strong enough to kill the enemies and not get KO'd by a random ricochet or you don't. What made the RNG in Duviri tolerable is a combo of the game giving you the weapons with some basic builds in addition with decrees that make any weapon viable. Even then, you could reset the worst rolls by completing a single quick easymode run. You get neither in this dumpster fire.

  3. Yeah if the daily resets aren't going to stay going forwards this already a smeary turd of a game mode will be all the more insufferable, or at the very least it needs to only offer weapons and frames you actually *own*, you know since unlike in the Circuit you actually have to own the weapons to equip them. The bugged reset fixed my doomed to fail first rolls because I didn't keep around such mighty arms as the "Viper" or "Quatz". Like out of the 12 choices I owned less than half because DE thought it'd be funny to recommend people to complete "the most difficult" content with a goddamn "Buzlok".

Sorry, Taylor, but that's not an answer. "Tough luck, PC, no deal" doesn't cut it as an answer. If I'm expected to be double-dipped if I want to own those cosmetics across all platforms I require an answer that explains the situation and convinces me that was the only option.

Your current Tennogen cosmetics get transferred over. You future purchases won't, likely to avoid a constant legal battle between DE, Sony, and Microsoft. There's genuinely a metric ton of legal S#&$ surrounding in-app purchases on each platform, and my semi-educated guess is that DE would lose money on every Tennogen purchase if they were made universal.

Why couldn't players have been informed about this prior so there could be some kind of feedback discussion?

EDIT: I read the FAQ. What I meant was why there needs to be an "early adopter" bonus for cross-save. It defeats the entire point of having cross-save.

So people don't abuse the system. Pretty simple.

    Are simple answers allowed?
    If so Because it's free.
I've actually spent some money on the game to support it, infact Warframe was the first game I ever spent money on.

For a free game Warframe has sure drained my wallet a bit over the years.

Though I'm still at far less than 10 cents per hour.

Are you happy that you ll never feel any kind of progression in the game? Are you happy that everything you ll get ll be useless in a way or another?

I dont understand people like you...

I dunno if this is like a weird vet mindset I've yet to adopt, but I've had about a thousand hours of progress so far. My arsenal is massively improved over what I started with, I got cosmetics out the ass, and I've got all the quests completed. I genuinely don't know how making my character weaker would add any new progression to the game, aside from maybe a new grind to get as strong as I'm now. All progression must have an endpoint, otherwise you have an eternal power creep.

  8. I really agree with this post. You can make and customize your loadout however you wish. You can optimize the fun out of the game, or play as gimped as you wish, I see no reason that someone with literally thousands of hours in game shouldn't be able to breeze through most enemies with their strongest weapons and frames modded out the ass.

Its crazy that this is what warframe gets spotlighted on the fashion frame and not actual gameplay etc that’s going on within the game. Not covering fortuna how much “content” the game has the movement etc. while I do understand that A lot of this has been said before and warframe is a great game I find it offsetting that it gets more shine in being a dolly dress up game then a mmo/lootershooter.

What are your opinions on the article good cynical folk of the forums?

Polygon is cancer manifest. Seriously, nothing they say should be taken with nothing but a metric ton of salt and some pepper as well.

The market. That's where I originally quit, and thats where all the new players I've brought into the game, or tried bringing into the game, have at least considered quitting.

This is a new one and I think I have a good idea as to why.

When I first started playing in like 2014 I opened the market and saw that everything had a platinum cost. I thought the game was basically a mobile game where you can only advance with real money and quit. I returned in 2018 and I'm glad I got shown the ropes by some more  experienced players that time around and stuck to the game. I've since had the same experience of "so the game is P2W/mobile game" with pretty much everyone I've introduced to the game.

  11. Cimpletely seamless integration of Railjacks into the rest of the game. The whole game becomes one giant open world, with the space between missions being traversed with your mount: the Railjack. I genuinely think it would be great for the game, bring the overall experience a bit closer to a traditional mmo but keep the core gameplay as similar as possible to what it is before you get a railjack. Litter the space between planets with cosmetics, weapons, and other loot and I might never have to play anything else ever again.

Basically turn Warframe into an open world space game with the old mission setup, and I'll be really happy.

The time would be right, and i agree with you. But there are 2 content updates for this year " Empirean and TNW.

So it would be reasonable to go October - Empirean and December - TNW.

If they will delay Empirean for November or December, that means TNW will go live next year

I genuinely don't think TNW will release this year. I'm almost willing to bet TNW is an early 2020 release.

This conversation was done to death when OV came out initially. I was just bringing up an OBJECTIVE difference between Opticor and Opticor Vandal.

And the objective difference is that OV does more damage. You get 200 more damage in 0.2 seconds less than you'd get with the standard Opticor. OV is the superior weapon by literally any metric aside from damage per magazine, which the standard wins with 5000 versus 3200 of the OV.

    5 minutes ago, Iamabearlulz said:

I am not ignorant. I am simply one of the multitude of people who were understandably unhappy with the butchering of Opticor's niche.

It's just insane to call an objective upgrade a butchering. It's completely inunderstandable how someone could be unhappy with a better weapon.

    Opticor total damage: 1000

    Opticor Vandal total damage: 400

    Opticor charge time 2.0 seconds

Opticor Vandal charge time 0.6 seconds

You can get 3 max charge shots off with the Vandal in the time it takes to charge 1 with the basic version. 3 x 400 = 1200 > 1000. Opticor Vandal is objectively and demonstrably superior damage wise. There's literally no contest there.

Best you'll get is a Plasmor Vandal and if we judge by the opticor's butchered vandal side-grade the plasmor will have the same fate

I think what you mean is Opticor's objectively superior in every way vandal upgrade that is Opticor Vandal.

People always complained even about the hard grinding for the Hema or the Oxium requirement for Vauban prime or the Nitain extract at the beginning... Requirements are nerfed and then they ask for more challenging things. Kappa

Challenge =/= mindless long farming. Hema is not "challenging" to get, it's locked behind a long boring grind of easy missions. Nitain is not "challenging" to get, it's locked behind timegates and easy missions for NW rep. Oxium is not "challenging" to get, the enemies that drop Oxium die in one shot, you just need to spend ages killing them.

    Titania isn't it

    Khora is far from it

How come after 6 years and 40+ warframes we haven't got a single insect themed warframe

It's really a bummer because insects are a treasure of potential warframe ideas

From high mobility hoppers, to battle tanks

Well Rhino scarab sect skin exists i guess...

There's also a lack of reptile, furry, pony, and literally -whatever other fetish you can think of-frames. Why would we need insect frames?
