[Saya's Vigil quest line unable to complete missions at exrtaction point]

Hi,

I'm attempting to complete the Saya's Vigil quest line but the missions Scan the Shatter Lock Fragments and Collect The Final Fragment  appear to have a glitch that means on entering the extraction zone after finishin the mission requirements nothing happens. 

The first run through of Scan the Shatter Lock this bug occurred so i aborted the mission and restarted the whole mission. On the second run through the game extracted as normal and i finished the mission. I then went on to attempt Collect The Final Fragment but the same glitch occurred at the extraction point nothing happened. I also aborted and restarted this mission but on the second run through i still didnt extract from the mission even tho i had completed the objective including the affinity bonus. I would assume this was a bug as on both run throughs the extraction point "green zone" was present and there was no requirement to clear the area or any other mission objective available.
