in my experience, the lighting is based on your current frame's energy color.
and it pulses with each skill use, a different pulse animation per skill, per frame.
never had the color change on hit.

interestingly! It also pulses when OTHER people in your party use their skills..

[Not receiving sortie reward!]

Me and the gf Just finished sortie, mission complete says sculpture(Which honestly needs to be removed from sortie table... that's ALL I ever get...), opened mods station, no sculpture... went to sortie page, all complete, no reward ticked.

Edit: if nobody else is experiencing this, then it may come back to the 'same network' issue we've been having with various other aspects.

Just had this happen with regular mission mode, after second orbital strike, she had maybe 2% health left, no way to finish the mission....
They should remove the "point requirement" until the progress breaking bugs are fixed, needing to do PvP style fights just to get her is stupid... esp when we CAN'T get her...

If I wanted to play PvP, I'd to go the damn conclave.

To fix this issue you will have to change Warframe's port set used by other PC/Consoles.

1. Press Esc after logging on Warframe
2. Click Options and then select GAMEPLAY tab
3. Change the Network Ports [UDP] to another range of numbers (The first PC will be using 4950 & 4955 so pick another pair)

Repeat from step 1 for all the other PCs that are on the same network.

~This also fixed other issues caused by multiple connections from same network

Me and my gf are playing from the same house, same network(obviously), and we've run into quite a few problems, which I assume are caused by this.. but I won't get into all those here.

We have the same target for Synth scans, but only I'm able to get the callouts from Simaris, and only I can see the 'orbs' that require scanning, she only gets to scan him like a normal enemy.
When I finish scanning the target(s), I'm awarded the Standing, and the progress towards #/10 for personal targets... but she's getting shafted, every single time.
