  1. Recovered missions also have a habit of disappearing now. Have basically all of last week's to do and it keeps giving the Doma one to start off, but when I go to Cetus it disappears. Tried it a day or two ago and I killed the Doma, it didn't complete, checked Nightwave in the Plains and had no recovered missions. Left the plains and went back to Cetus, checked again, boom there it was uncompleted. It's starting to piss me off. S#&$ like this makes completing a season impossible. No missions, no points, no points, no rewards. Fix this SOOOOOOON. And not "DE SOON", ACTUAL soon....

     

  2. The recovered missions part of nightwave is also #*!%ed up. I have a week I need to catch up on, but the missions will pop up and when I go to do them, they disappear. For example, I need to kill a Tusk Thumper Doma. If it shows up, I'll go to Cetus. Upon getting into Cetus and checking Nightwave again that mission is gone. These appearing/disappearing missions are going to make playing catch up and possibly completing the season impossible.

    He's solid up to that point, but you can't do much to make him work past it. Definitely not immortal

    That point's usually  over a hour into a mission. And let's be honest, very, VERY, few people even go that long into a match. I've gone a hour and a half farming relics in the void with a friend for unvaulted relics and didn't die. The only time I've actually been oneshotted while using him was from a Toxic Ancient that I didn't see/pay attention to.

    Another thing that's really bothering me, is the slamming on his combos..... so unnecessary... and weak.

    Yeah that fat staff slam is ugh. I'd be mowing things down then he'd slam and send them flying away. Actually do hate that bit of the combo lol.

    New Wukong is actually immortal if you know what you're doing. His new passive is basically 3 free lives and his Defy and Cloud abilities make you immortal when used at the right times. Old Wukong Defy went off energy and was toggled/channeled. I did a 50 min Mot Survival Fissure with a rando in which they got so strong that a single grenade was pumping around 80-130K into his Defy. Enough to instakill the rando every time and enough damage stored to kill everything around me on release. New Wukong is immortal in a pro's hands, and is much, MUCH stronger. Old Wukong sucked a big fat floppy one,

    No. Vauban was more useful than Wukong. Never saw a raid group asking for a Wukong. Vauban's 3 and 4 made him useful and still do. His other skills are S#&$ though. 2/4 good skills vs. Wukong's 1/4 good skills. Try again.

  6. Just wanted to say great work guys on Wukong's rework. I got his prime and saw his abilities  were changed and I love them. Before the rework I considered Wukong to be the most useless frame in the game with his 1 being the literal equivalent of "poking a bear with a stick", his cloud being useless, his defy being a needless energy drain just waiting for that "you're about to die" moment, and his 4 being, well, his 4. But now he's amazing and I've actually been using him pretty much constantly whether in a group or solo'ing. GG Guys. Great work.

    It may be a bug, but I was just in a void Neo Fissure Defense and had yet another Mirage with a Simulor wiping the map. These people haven't been littering the map. This is happening from a single volley of the weapon's fired. If it's a bug it needs to be fixed. If not, it needs a nerf.

    If it was outperforming a Volt than the Volt wasn't built for map-clearing or was built incorrectly.

    Also, if the basis for nerfing weapons is that they are overpowered in the hands of a single warframe, then Chroma should be getting almost every weapon in the game nerfed.

    No, the Volt I use was built for Onslaught for focus farming. It's strong. The range of the explosions for the Simulor that these people were using was that of my Volt. The example I gave was Io, Jupiter tileset. A single firing of their Simulor wiped that map. Something that Warframes do. Not weapons. Both myself and another player just stood around while this Mirage player wiped the map.

    No. I use my volt build in onslaught, both modes, to focus farm. It's a map wiper.

    Now....you are miscalculating by saying that a weapon shouldn't be able to outdps a warframe as you are not taking Mirage's Hall of Mirrors into account, it is a warframe's power ( each clone deals about 50% of Mirage's damage with that weapon....per 4 clones ) .

    Mirage herself is however a pretty balanced frame and she already got all the nerfs she needed long ago in the past ; she simply always happened to have this rather peculiar interaction with the simulor.

    Besides....there's much worse things 'nuking power' wise ( Mesa / Saryn / ecc ) and truth be told....I can make an interception fissure end way before you can get all of your reactant too if I want....and paradoxally...without even dpsing , I only need my slow nova ; it is the player that must be smart enough to understand when to use and when not to use its warframe powers.

    As for the visuals....I never had an issue with the simulor....and I've been using it since 2014-2015. Even in this case there are a lot of other weapons or warframe powers which are a lot more flashy and provide way more visual clutter.

    The DPS isn't the issue. It's that a SINGLE GROUPING of the weapons fire can wipe a MAP. The explosions have the range of a warframe. When a weapon can wipe a MAP like a warframe such as Volt or Saryn in a single attack, THAT'S the issue. The Synoid Simulor did not use to do that. I've USED the weapon before. They made a change to it that needs to be undone.

I took a break from WF like a week or two before Fortuna's release and came back a few weeks after and I've noticed that on 2 separate occasions, one in particular, where the Synoid is outperforming warframes like Volt. It was in the new "Elite" alert mission, defense, the Io tileset where a Mirage, obviously, with the Synoid Simulor was decimating the entire map with a single grouping of the weapon's fire. A range that is comparable to a max range Volt. This is ridiculous. No weapon should be outperforming a warframe, let alone one that's known for wiping a large area. I saw it again today in a fissure defense, few minutes ago, where they almost ruined it for the group by killing too fast and us almost missing our last reactant. And the visuals are highly annoying as it's a large, vibrant ball of color that blocks vision. I'm not sure if the Simulor is on scale with the Synoid variant, but if so then they BOTH need a nerf and visual "dumb down". It's absolutely insane that a weapon is doing this.I'm pretty sure the weapons are meant to basically support the warframes. The warframes are suppose to be the main factor in most missions, but to have something thaqt actually outperforms them is just stupid. Please change the weapon. And for anyone that MIGHT think this is coming from a new player thinking it's unfair, don't. I'm MR22 and migrated from PC.

Use Deathsnacks or similar clock, and about 10-15 minutes before night in Cetus, go into recruit chat and LF casual tridolon or tridolon for learning. Also YouTube videos are good. I have a completely different hunting method on Switch now because of how broken it is and I hope it can go back to normal and I won't have to keep doing things this way.

    I can't. PC can't handle the plains. Lags like hell.

One person left immediately and I couldn't convince them we only needed 3 shards. I ended up not being able to solo the gantulyst in the time left.

    It seems if you're in a group, more vomvalysts will spawn. Still not enough, but you're more likely to at least cap Teralyst. I solo'd a Gantulyst the other day and felt super accomplished, but considering I can solo a 3x3 on PC it is very sad.

    Maybe you should hit me up for a learning run. I have a headset and would love to learn how to hunt them if the things spawn right. Just a heads-up, MR22 and have NEVER hunted an Eidolons.

    They have been. I made a list here as well because some of them aren't bugs, but more likely are things removed for one reason or another. 

  15. I see Eidolons  spawn,  just never any Vomvalysts. And the plains bounties bug on some resulting in fails. I just aborted one because I had to kill mobs to draw out a target and there were only 5. Nothing else spawned. And the defend bounties usually never spawn additional mobs either making for bounty a "wait for timer to hit 0 then move on" mission. All in all the Plains are broken on Switch. I wanted to do bounties and hunt Eidolons because my PC wouldn't allow that and now I still can't. WTF. I fear the Fortuna port now. Plains has been out for a while and if it's this bugged with a port, I'd hate to see what Fortuna is like

    • There have been suggestions of DE trying to slow down the updates for a bit on pc in order to let consoles catch up.     • DE would have to adapt their updating method to match other multi-platform games (Fortnite is a good example of this), but it is possible
    • The fact that we have a unified UI across platforms (Play either with controller or Mouse and Keyboard on pc, as well as any console) makes it much easier, specially tech-wise due to updates being adapted to every platform much faster since it's the same UI.
    • DE is a pioneer in regard to getting the free-to-play model to consoles, as they were the ones to first approach Sony and convince them to support such a model, and as we can see it was the right call. So who knows if DE can add up to Sony's current pressure on this topic or even if Sony doesn't take a hit to the wallet next gen for them to get off their high horse)

    That said, and to be quite honest, I don't see it happening anytime soon. I do wish it a lot, and I want to believe (with full strenght and hope) that there will come a day Sony's (and any other "player" of the gaming industry) will drop the selfishness act and allow player freedom since that's the future of gaming (consumer care and no cash grabs, like we've seen with Warframe as a good example or EA as a bad example).

    So not now, but I do believe that in some years, maybe next gen or after next gen, we'll have that possibility. Sadly greed is still a great part of the reason why we can't tap into this futuristic power yet, which makes me very sad as a gamer, and even more as a Tenno, since I want badly to open up my hard earned account on the go.

    I think with more games getting cross-play between the Switch and Xbox or PC and Xbox, Sony may start losing more and more customers and with them losing cash flow they'll drop the childish "We want people on our system ONLY" crap and open up to cross-play.

    So that's what the above says to do in order to get the drop. Directly from the channel. Um, how's that possible when these days are for the weekend and they don't stream on the weekend or can I just rewatch ANY stream to get it???
