I have resorted to looting caves for vega toroids, i am 3 runs in and they have spawned all together in a group vega,calda, and sola everytime I leave and re-enter Orb Vallis. This seems to be the only way to get vega right now that i know of.

For those that need sola and calda toroids, Phase 1 of profit has a defense mission in it i believe it is stage 2 out of 3, that always spawns the bigger spiders. It is a quick 5-7 min run for the entire bounty and have managed to get a decent amount of those toroids. I still need Vega toroids though please help lol.

I have tried phase 1 of profit for several hours and have not received a single vega drop from the rewards. The spaceport also did not work for me for vega.
Although on stage 2 of phase 1 for profit, in the defense mission. The bigger spiders always spawn and they still drop calda and sola toroids for me. I think it might be a 20% chance to drop though, but seems a lot higher to me.

Drops are messed up it seems, but i have found sola and calda still drop from bigger spiders in phase 1 of profit stage 2(defense mission).

I cannot get vega to drop, but sola and calda still drop from spiders in phase 1 profit stage 2(defense mission). I think it is still a 20% chance, I have picked up several trying to get vegas as a reward.

I am having the same issue with the Vega Toroid. So I was doing phase 1 of profit. The spiders in the second part of phase 1 (the defense mission) still have the 20% chance to drop calda and sola. I have picked up several trying to get Vega as a reward. Hope this helps.

I only cared about it so much because I never really enjoyed a game like this before. Also a small completionist. I did spend a pretty penny on this game so far. Do you guys still play daily?

I've logged in about 310 days and played 487 hrs and just crossed MR 27 territory.
Only way to get toroids after Saint update. Until DE fixes drop bug.

As we all know, the drop rates on farming toroids in respective points in Orb Vallis are not working. But if you guys still need Toroids then you can still get them. The only drops\spawns for these are CAVES IN ORB VALLIS or RAKNOIDS. I have done 4 runs of checking every cave in Orb Vallis and every run I found all 3 toroids chillin in the same cave, it is pretty easy to spot if you have loot radar because they show up as a cluster of 3. You can also farm them from the raknoids. Phase 1 of profit taker has a short defense mission (stage 2 of 3), the spiders that have a 20% chance of dropping calda and sola toroids are a guarantee spawn here. I came across this trying to get a vega drop out of phase 1, which i have not received either. Respectively the vega toroids can be dropped by the small green mite spider but i think it is a 1% chance, so i would not recommend it. I have not confirmed if the bounty drop is not working although i have tried Phase 1 for several hours and no luck, so i am assuming it is also busted and have been looking in caves for vega toroids. Hopefully this helps out, I have seen a lot of discussion in other threads i thought i would just consolidate what others say and what i have experienced.
