You might want to read the support FAQ for trading.

Can I trade for items or services not listed in the Trade interface?

No, trading is restricted to what is listed in the trading UI. Players trading for items or services not listed in the trading interface face removal of trading privilege, account suspension or permanent banning.

I guess this is all there is to say. Thank you for finding this.

The moment you open the trade chat, you can read something in the lines of:

Trade only for items, we do not endorse trading for promises, invites for clans, etc...

Strictly, you are trading for an invite to your clan and although you might have good intentions and be a honest person, many people could not be so honest and it could end up with DE recieving a lot of tickets for supposedly people that's been scammed. I can understand why they state such things in the trade chat and why you might be reported for doing so.

I restarted the game to see if there is such message in tradechat and no, there is none.

It could very well be against the rules because it circumvents the no-trade restriction on clan items. No clan item aside from the Ignis Wraith blueprint can be traded between players. Since those items cant be sold for plat in regular trades it is bordering and maybe even stepping into exploit territory.

I see your point. It is literally inviting for people to scam others and even if I am the honest one, DE would not want to be spammed with scamming accousations so it's is indeed easier to just forbid it completely.

And we have to consider that Warframe is not even a complete game so it is not in DEs intrest to waste the recources for scamming reports.

But it is so frustrating that aside from the satisfaction of finaly completeing this damn Weapon you can't expect anything in return to compensate the boosters and farming for the plat to buy them.

  3. Hi, so I have a small ghost clan, I completed all the research (aside colours) almost alone, I put in the effort to farm Mutagen Samples to finaly research Hema, I've been at it for almost a year and completed it finaly.

    Now to my question:

Is it against the terms and conditions if I ask people in tradechat to pay me some plat upfront for an invitation to my clan so they can aquire all the the blueprints, most importantly Hema (in my opinion) so they don't have to put in the effort themselves?

I discussed it already in worldchat and a lot of people there said it should not be against the terms because its an agreed on deal without using any buggs, cheats hacks ect. and DE would not want to limit one of their biggest selling points, that is trading with the premium currency. It would be nice if a person working for DE would stumble across this thread and could clear things up.

I'm kind of worried, after posting my trade offer in tradechat I got a PM stating I got reported, event though I explained to the player how it would work.

After looking in the forums I couldn't find a simmilar post so I'm asking now here, so if there was something like this allready, sorry I'm not used to search in forums or be active in one. Thank you in advance.

I know I'd fill mine with those female Suda Operatives...

Always depends on how they will implement them, on the Devstream they were also concerned that people might try lewd stuff with the NPCs xD

  5. Hello,

on the last Devstream you were talking about that there were thoughts on how to implement NPCs in dojos and that players were always asking about them.

I thought as a starter you could implement the syndicates, where you can trade your standing and most importantly your syndicate marks.

The options I was thinking about would be:
    1. A set of rooms with one for every syndicate, harbouring one or two NPCs inside to interact with, or
    2. A booth with one or two NPCs you can interact with, placable like a decoration inside your dojo, or
    3. Just the NPC, which will go around the room he/she was placed in or even in the whole dojo.

The requirement to have access to place/build them beeing to max out syndicate standing.

    Recources required:
    ~100,000 standing
    and/or the syndicate decoration
    and other sensible recources.

I don't know if someone had thought of this already and/or it was posted here, but I hope it will get some attention.
