Happend to me too. Got around by "using" another AppleID and then logging in in the browser login.

Same issue here:

I was at rank 27 with 8500/10k standing and completed Earth Fisher (4500) and Grove Guardian (7000). Even after a relog (just to be safe) I just reached rank 28 with  5500/10k standing instead of rank 29 with 0/10k standing. I did not get the standing from Earth Fisher...
