Length of bans and directions for players to take (aka Support after 7 days) will improve not only the chat atmosphere, but the Forums as well.
To avoid the bots you just have to not sound conservative and not type anything in caps.

Translation for those who cannot read broken English:
"After taking control of/obtaining/saving Excalibur Umbra on/from Lua, I went to my arsenal (on the Lisset most likely) to mod him (Umbra, that is). I then changed to my regular Excalibur to see the way his mods were built (that way I could copy my regular Excalibur's build onto my Umbra). Once I had done this, I tried changing back to Umbra, but then I encountered a bug where I could not interact with the UI or exit the arsenal as Umbra.
I restarted my game so that I would be able to get out of my arsenal. However, when I logged back into the game, I was automatically switched to my regular Excalibur. Because of this bug, I am consequently unable to continue the Sacrifice quest, as doing so would require me to equip Excalibur Umbra and exit the arsenal (which is something I am prevented from doing due to this bug).

Expanding on this issue: it seems that when you are at this stage of the quest, Excalibur Umbra does not appear in your arsenal when trying to equip him from a Relay or Clan Dojo. As such, it can be extrapolated that Excalibur Umbra is not supposed to be treated as an inventory item until after the Sacrifice quest has been fully completed.
How DE did not foresee that players' base instincts would be to unequip Excalibur Umbra for a second to compare him to his non-Umbra counterpart is beyond me. Not to sound too critical -- but I thought the point of not releasing on Friday (let alone Thursday!) was to not have to do hotfixes over the weekend, just saying 😛
My apologies if I sounded too harsh -- just wanted to make sure the bug was communicated as clearly as possible.

...It isn't a joke. It's an evil racially-based insult. Nobody should use it under any context. It should just be buried and forgotten altogether.
