[Cannot select links in chat]

Pressing X anywhere on the chat window(names, emoji,  in-chat links, etc.) Caused the chat to scroll up a few lines and I had to scroll back down with the stick because there was no scroll bar.

 

I relaunched Warframe and it is fixed for now.

Edit: issue reoccurred after changing text chat size. Restarting still fixed it.
