I started the build of my ash on Friday at 2:45 ( i know because i was in class) so the build should be done by now, however when i logged on to get my ash it wasnt ready and said it still had 23 hours to go... Can someone help me or tell me what is goin on?

I have heard a lot about the ash systems being near possible to find but i have played the mission around 40 times and have still not found it i have found the helmet 4 times and the chasis about the same. Am i doing something wrong?
