The reason being the Microsoft balance I think, if you redeem it once you can't do a chargeback. DE needs to have such a system on their own.

DE also should reverse trades so the seller gets at least the item back.

Because lost item plus lost plat is downright punishing the wrong person, and on top of that the affected person needs to pay up, instead of the guy that had the black plat. 3 punishments for something that's outside your hand unless you purposely bought black plat.

A while ago I sold an R3 Arcane Energize to a person that saw my posting on the market.  A few days later I got a message in my warframe inbox from support saying something like there was a suspicious trade, and that the plat had been removed from my account and the Energize was returned to my account.  So I can confirm you get your items back.

Whereas what I mean is that he needs to prove it. His anecdote and opinion are not enough. Evidence is necessary to make claims like this.

Guy, you've seen the wiki.  You know that certain MK1 reactors can roll with higher capacity than some MK3.  You're pulling the "burden of proof" card, but you know exactly where you can look it up as does everyone else that plays the game.

You're not being logical or smart of scientific.  You're on the lines of challenging some one to prove the claim that humans require water to survive.  It's well known, easy to look up, and widely accepted.

Anyways, for anyone else reading this, real scientist aren't like this at all.  Please don't think we are like this guy.  We don't turn off our Common Sense switch and just parrot random logical fallacies at people and hope we come off as being smart (we know that's actually dumb and embarrassing).  We, at the very least, know how to use google to look up something this painfully easy to verify.

As for the actual topic of the thread, I have given up on the Railjack content.  It was fun at first, but eventually the random stat rolls ruined it for me.  I don't enjoy going out in a group with friends, getting a lucky drop for a reactor, coming back to dry dock and we all have different stats on it.  It's not fun to celebrate getting a great roll when your friends that fought by your side get a bad roll on the same gear.  It just makes everyone feel bad.

    By a handful of seconds.

Hek, people can be such drama queens when their cheese gets toned down.

I was going to try to have a discussion with you on how Eidiolon hunting works at a 5x3+ level and how the changes to blink will most likely hurt them (even though I rather clearly highlighted them in my first post). Then I started to wonder how some one would believe it was only a handful of seconds that would be lost to the changes.  Then I started to wonder why some one would say that only a handful of seconds isn't important on anything where you are on a timer.  Then I checked your profile.  Congrats on your 2 Hydrolyst captures, seriously.  I'm sure that you've worked hard at it and not taking anything away from them.  But it's pretty clear that you are completely ignorant to the topic that is being discussed.  Thank you for your snide remarks, and have a great day.

They aren't even a minority...they are just loud and vocal and pound the ground when "life isn't fair"....Like Children.   Everyone now gets blink....meh.  What ever.

Ah, yes.  When you have nothing to of value to say, resort to ad hominen.  And I have no idea where you are pulling that "loud and vocal" from.  I can't remember any line of repetitive posting (as in multiple posts about how a change had affected them negatively) from a 6x3 player's point of view.  In my experience, they are actually rather quite.  But the jealous/hurt players that aren't invited to their sexy parties are...well, a lot like you.

I've done a few Eidolon hunts in my time and I'm pretty much done with that part of the game now.  As soon as I saw the cool down on the blink on the dev stream, I knew right away that 6x3s were gone.  5x3s could start to become difficult as well.  It's unlikely that the Chroma role will be able to teleport the lure from Terry to the island with the blink changes, and being able to charge the lure and get wisps down for the first shield is also questionable.  Also not sure how it will affect Trin's ability to get lures during Terry's down phases.  I'll have to give it a try and see.

Most of the players that do farm Eidolons (after filling out their r3 sets) is to make plat through arcane sales.  This change directly affects their efficiency to do that.  The last time farming efficiency was nerfed was the loot frames nerf (not being able to up on loot frame chances to get extra loot).  That change caused quite a bit of ruffled feathers, if you can remember.  So yeah, when farming gets nerfed, people are going to be unhappy.  Is that difficult for you to understand or something?

well now i get it. My firend has potato pc.

It turns out players with a weak pc are not allowed to go to the boss. Wp DE. rly wp.

It would be worth writing on Steam page. "If you have a weak pc - get lost peasant"

The system requirements for the game are clearly posted on the steam page.  But don't let that stop you.

If they allow lich trading for plat, this is how i will price it,so it is a reasonable price with no mafia like some do with rivens(and maybe some of the popular arcanes at r3 too)

I will prob give out anything below 35% for free, unless it has a ephemera.

I will add 10p to the price if the lich has a ephemera.

For anything 35% and above,i will set the base price to 15p,after that for every 1%,it will be 1p,meaning i will price a 60% at 40p.(50p if it has a ephemera)

The reason why i am pricing it low as getting a lich contract is easy, and the fact that you still have to work to kill the lich even after trading for it.

Also another reason is to make it affordable for all,and people who wait a certain kuva weapon badly can get it for free from me,provided if i have the stock of course.

One of the announcements they made was that you will only be able to trade a Lich once!  Then it can't be converted ever again!  That's amazing because there will be no flipping market for them.  Hopefully prices stay somewhat reasonable like you have suggested.

Right but it seems like they are doing this manually and that's bad.

This should be done by an algorithm in an unbiased manner, and you need to do it for all weapons at once. That's the only way to guarantee uniformity of the system. What they are doing right now is an affront to science and mathematics.

I like how pointing out that Gram's dispo was set before the Prime ever came out negates the premise for your argument which you acknowledge, and then carry on like it doesn't matter.

  8. It probably will be on Stadia.  From what I can make of it, Stadia is just a PC you remote connect with to play games on.  Warframe installs on PCs just fine, so there will be 0 effort required (from DE) to get it working on Stadia's service.

So your question about cross platform and cross save is yes.  And the reason is that Stadia is just a PC.  And PCs can play with other PCs.

  9. Doing an arbitration for more than 2 hours (possibly just 1 hour, haven't checked that) forces you to wait until the next arbitration reset to be able to do an arbitration.

Normal Example: 30 minutes until arbitration reset (example start time: 00:30).  Start arbitration.  Finish after 45 minutes (time now: 01:15)  There will now be a new arbitration available to select with 45 minutes left until reset.  Do NOT have to wait for 45 minutes (until 02:00) for a new arbitration to be available.

Bugged Example: 30 minutes until arbitration reset (start time 00:30).  Start arbitration.  Finish after 2 hours 45 minutes (time now 03:15).  There will now be NO new arbitration available to select.  Must wait 45 minutes (until 04:00) for new available arbitration.

It seems that if your arbitration spans over an entire arbitration cycle, that when you come out you must wait for the current cycle to reset to start a new arbitration.
