[My friend got banned from a bug]

I was doing a sortie with my friend(public lobby 3rd Stage) and we lost, after that we went to see the void trader and we disbanded the party when he load up in his orbiter I could not invite him and he couldn't invite me either. He restarted the game and wrote his email and password and got this message "Account suspened until Jan 01 2035 due to End User License Agreement Violation". If you have a suggestion on what to do or a solution please write it down.
