Could've sworn this used to say something meaningful:

Yep, but not as badly as the game. 😄 At least it didn't break the link.

In the absence of anything special, I tend to name modular items after their components.
The zaw part "Shtung" is blocked, seemingly because it contains the substring "sht", presumably to prevent anyone referencing a very brief defecation?
Similarly k-drive part "Dink-a-donk", because of "dink", which apparently was once a racial epithet in the US among its many other meanings...? https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/dinkA clear case of the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SC***horpe_problem
The solution would seem to be either to a) check item names against the "profanity" filter before implementing them in game, or b) not use the same over-broad list of "naughty words" from the 1950s US that a colleague at work once tried to apply to our email system, bringing it to a screeching halt with 3-4 letter substring matches.
(now to see if the forum has the same problem... *clicks submit*)

(however, it's only cosmetic. backing out all the way and confirming the increase only actually subtracts the points from the primary school.)

happens for me too.
- on the 5 schools screen, click Increase.
- click Exit to back out
- Click Focus to go back into the 5 schools screen.
- All schools will have the Increase cost subtracted, instead of just the primary.

Seen in Equipment->Inventory, and Konzu & Eudico's bounty rewards if you right-click through to reward details. They still sort in the correct order in the inventory though.
AFAICS:
1500 x Alloy Plate
1500 x Circuits
3000 x Cryotic
3000 x Ferrite
450 x Judgement Points
3000 x Nano Spores
300 x Oxium
300 x Plastids
300 x Polymer Bundle
450 x Rubedo
3000 x Salvage
Item-naming "profanity" filter still blocking false positives

At the risk of being a broken record...
I apparently can't name my moa anything with the word "cassowary" in it, because it's supposedly profanity. This is absurd.
