Is there a way to check which journal fragments or complete journals I've already collected in the current Ghoul Purge event?

Would be great to know if I am still in need of some more farming or not.

I just returned after years of not playing and I've got the following Blueprints in my inventory and Foundry, is there any point in keeping them (apart as a souvenir)?

I found out it was some sort of event reward back in 2014/15. Am I still able to complete these Blueprints or?
