Happended to me also. I had to go all the way back to the orbiter, not just the dojo, to get it to reset and work again. Then it worked once and was unavailable for all subsequent missions during that deployment.

Confirmed here also. Seemed to start for me around the time of the 1st mainline of this year with all the revisions. First trap works for a second or two; after that, traps are ineffective. Targets have to be scanned on the run. Please fix soon. Thanks in advance.

Happened to me. Patch notes said a Parazon Mercy finisher was required to convert a Larvling to a Lich. Larvling ran in to my line of fire, immediately died, and a Lich was created. Filed a support ticket but I have little hope of that working because none of the categories seemed to fit my situation. I play solo due to potato PC and can't handle the grind or mission levels required to kill my Lich.

I found an unscanned frame fighter fighter on the capture mission on Venera, Venus. It did not display on the mini-map. It turned out to be Khora. I noticed this on another mission also. This has only started since the latest updated that introduces Revenant. I have a screenshot but can't seem to figure out how to link it. My bad. Thanks for a great game!
Edit: Nevermind. I had removed my Thief's Wit mod from my frame.

I think what you're referring to are active fishing spots. Equip a fishing spear from your Gear wheel, aim, and throw when the fish spawn in. Throw bait in those spots for extra effect.
