[Fish spawning underground]

I was fishing with a clan mate and while fishing on the Plains the fish were spawning under the ground away from the water.

You can see in the picture that my range is 235% but the snow globe in the mission is very small but where the enemies get frozen by the chilling globe augment is the real place where my snow globe is, The visual bug only seems to happen when stacking bubbles because that's when I experience this issue.

I was running Akkad on Eris and was stacking my snow globe. I have 235% power range on my snow globe yet the visual look of the bubble looks smaller than it really is but the effect from my chilling globe shows where my bubble should be. I even screen shot it a couple of times as well as my setup on my frost to show my power range before i went into the mission.

Any idea when the Dev's are gonna fix the launcher?

I'm also having this issue. I have done the full update that was released but once its done mine sits there saying "checking for new content" and does nothing at all.
