[Revenant Mission Problem]

So I crafted all of the revenant parts.I became level 2 with the quills.But when I put on the mask and went out at night to search for quest marks on the plains of eidolon map there were no quest marks (those white circles) I'm pretty sure I didn't miss anything (I even crafted 3 parts of this warframe which is not required to start the quest i quess) I think that this must be a bug.Please help me.
