I noticed that sometimes Magnetize would not cast properly but cost energy and go through the cast animation, the cast can also be heard. This happens frequently when I use Mag's 4 beforehand so it might have to do with ragdoll. It also happened a few times after using Pull, when I casted Magnetize shortly after the enemies were flung to me. Sure, you can just wait to cast but the gameplay doesn't feel as fluid. Not sure whether it's supposed to be this way or a bug.
