Like Hyldrin (unlock 2 syndicates fight a boss etc), Grendel can de tricky to obtain especially for not vets.
I can understand DE logic behind that :
-left some stuff to do after finishing starmap
-encourage cooperation and clan activities
-throw some destabilising stuff at players
But...
If you don't like Arbitrations (or Orb Vallis for Hyldrin or Baruuk) you can just farm relics, sell the premium stuff and buy the warframe.
I know.. buying for plat a non premium warframe could seems silly.
But if you calculated the time to do arbitrations, do the missions etc. the relic trick is probably no longer.
I enjoyed doing this new missions but i can understand that someone don't.

Try check the firewall and other online protection.
Be sure that Warframe have authorisations to connect and host the games.
Check your antivirus for the same.

If you have the aura format Rhino P is not a bad idea.
It's a well rounded warframe, usefull for a variety of missions an eventually you will format the aura because the corrosive projection is sometimes very useful.
So format for format why not use an aura format ?

Many weapons work.
I did it with karak wraith, tiberon prime, soma prime, sybaris dex, akstilettos prime and detron mara.
So, a weapon a good dps (no a single powerfulshot wepon like snipers) and honest crit can do the job.
Not need the most optimal wepon because the difference is just more time to take down the hemocyst.
For a beginner , rhino is very helpful warframe for this fight because his ironskin make him tanky and prevent to being take down by enemies (and the thumper that sometimes appear during the combat) and the roar give him a damage boost.
The rhino 4 stomp stop the hemocyst so you can put more bullets in his weakspots before they close.

Nekros desecrate drop tons of health orbs so Equilibrium fuel your energy very fast.

Yeah and it's ok.
But if you drop too many excavator and can defend none or excavate too fast in fissure ( so no one can get 10pts) it's not ok.
And if this is understandable behaviour from a newbie, it's true that from some point others expect that you show some cooperation (it's pub and you can play the way you like but some minimal respect is always mandatory).

I have some kind of trange bug too.
I was on a def on Jupiter with my son when at 10 wave we are "splitted".
Not diconected or ejected from game but just play each on our side the next 5 waves and this without any transition.
We dont even realise before a minute or two (i just suppose he make a sweep tour of the map).
Seem that some hotpatch income soon...

There is different reasons to go pub :
- You need help because you cant do the mission solo.
- You can do solo but want more affinity or more enemies for more loot.
In the first situation you can be annoyed by your teamates gameplay but in the second this doesn't really matter.
I recently farm a lot of Plague Star with pubs.
Sometimes there are players MR2 that join or others that dont know what to do.
No big deal, i just do the mission by myself and if they can get some rewards easely it's cool for them.

MR is not very revelant.
I see a player playing mostly Rhino, with a good orthos prime, and a Karak wraith do Eris without much difficulty.
He was MR7.
But his stuff was multi-formated and well modded.
MR is just the amount of stuff that you maxed and the most important part of the game ( formating, getting good mods, put a potato etc.) dont get you MR.
The only important think about the MR is that some good equipement is locked behind the MR requirement. (hard to get a good primary before MR 8/10).

Probably DE monitor these transactions with a open mind because i already give a free Valkyr Prime to a fellow beginner clanmate and give some stuff to my son for some bronze mods.
And my son play from the same IP because he's 10yo...
So DE seems active vs scams but not mindlessly rigorous.
Probably the repetitive high amount exchanges, impliying plat, with accounts that dont really play the game is that pull the trigger and some help to beginners is fine. (I say thx to the guy on the trade chat that give me a free ignis wraith 🙂 )

With a Orthos prime or a atterax the effect is spectacular.
With a dagger... meh.

If you rank up the syndicates so some augments mods are always in demand.
Just do some search to see what is in demand or check the trade chat when you have some rep in stock.
Prices are not overhelming (check warframe.market for average) but it's a reliable way and you dont risk a "account blocked for negative platinium balance". 😉

Be aware that status on shotgun is tricky.
Between 99% status and 100% is a huge difference because of the pellet projectile.

To calculate the status chance of a single pellet, the following formula is needed:
Chance per Pellet = 1 − (1 − Status Chance)(1 ÷ Pellet Count)
- Status Chance is the status chance of the weapon listed in the Arsenal.
- Pellet Count refers to the amount of pellets fired per shot.
Based on the above equation it is observable that when Status Chance reaches 100% the Chance per Pellet will also be 100%. As well, it can be observed that small decreases in Status Chance from 100% will result in significant decreases in per-pellet-status-chance, i.e. 99% Status Chance on a 10 pellet weapon will result in a 36.9% Chance per Pellet. (This is illustrated in a table further down.)
It is possible that the value displayed in the arsenal gets rounded up to 100% due to multishot bonuses without actually becoming 100%; therefore it is recommended to check this value without multishot mods equipped. (Reminder: Multishot mods do not affect the status chance for each individual pellet.)
So try to have another good primary that a shotgun.

Honestly it's totally false and fairly narrowminded (melee 3.0 will bring so much salt...).
Yes, this mode is overused on Atterax but it's a stupid nobrainer, highly overpriced and will be wiped in melee 3.0 so.
My playstyle is mostly based on melee but never use the "maiming baby strike" and never have problems to chew through even highest content.

@Glaxypanda23, Atterax have good slash damage and reach paired with good critic and status, so basically you can maximize this.
The damage 60/60 mods give you less damage but make procs easier and slash procs ignore shields and armor.
With Viral its very viable on high level.
If you mod for status or hybrid, Condition Overload mod fit well in builds.
Some mods increase combo counter when you deal slash damage, it's a option.
Berserk mode can also help you to fast build on speed and Drifting contact help you to built up combo counter.
Of course a primed reach maximize range so the number of enemies hit and this maximize global damage output and the combo counter.
Atterax is a fine weapon, very accessible to a new player and fine for the most enemies.
You dont need stupid "spinforwin mod" to make it sing even if you probably will enjoy sweeping large crowds and cleaning rooms.😉

Pestilence, Stynx (mix stink with styx (the river of the death), NurgleBlade ( the chaos god of pestilence), Belzebulb (inspired from Belzebuth, Infernal lord of flies), Banescourge etc. ...

Yeah, having the first time a hemocyte just beside the Terry and one Thumper spawning are a little surprising.
But less that see another 2 thumpers spawn while the first one bite the dust.
A little hard to stand on feets when the 2 Thumpies spread weaves alla round and the hemocyst use the Aoe abilities...🙂
Not really a hard fight, just annoying because you must hunt down the damn mecanical jumping bugs before deal with the Hemocyte.

My Advice... do what I do.... get 4 Sets of all the Plague Parts then sit on them and wait for Melee 3.0 nerfs to arrive.... then Build you're zaws accordingly.
I mean you can also experiment with the Parts from HOK, MASTER CRAFTSMEN !!!! But after build a bunch of them..... Meh !!!! I learned nothing..... so il get as many parts as I can then build one to use and hang on to the rest for Melee 3.0
The infested zaws dont cost much in ressources so if he has doubles it's worth to try a build.
Because comfort during playtime is a good investement.
I go with a keewar/plague bowkin/ and a status link with CO.
You can go for viral ( it had innate viral already), gas or corrosion with elemental 60/60 mods.
Truly handy on high content enemies because slash procs with viral procs do very well.

For the endo do every week Ayatan Hunts at Maroo's Bazar.
It's not really hard (watch some tutos to memorize the final, chronometred path), give you a 2-3k endo worth ayatan sculpture and some cool ressources that you cant get from the firsts planets of the starchart.
