make it a toggle or tap and hold n revert the scaling factor

I feel like a balanced way to buff mods in general is to add favorite/bookmark or a "lock". what do i mean by this: 1. A marked mod would not appear for u as a sellable item 2. It appears as owned and "favorite owned" so that if we trade off lets say for e.g primed flow. you can see which is the 1 you use on a loadout vs one you wish to sell 3. locking/,marking mods makes them unsellable or be able to dissolve etc. 4. helps with organizing so that we can keep track of mods we have future plans for what are yalls opinions?
