    Duration for her 1st is really bad. Wisp has 30s of base duration for her 1st ability. And it regenerates health instead of shield. I mean at least increase the duration of shield grenade to 30s.

  2. I will say the duration of 1st ability need to be tripled to at least 30s at max level. 10s is absolutely absurd. And also we need better casting aniamtion and faster casting speed for her one. Jumping everytime you try to cast it is really annoying.

    And I will suggest to remove the ammunition limit on her 2, and make the base duration 10s. Also need to increase the damage of turrets and double its fire rate, or make the turret moddable. The casting speed of this ability also need to be faster.

    3 is fine.

    4 is pretty fun, maybe increse its damage and range a little bit.

    • REPRODUCTION RATE: it's happened twice so far, I'm pretty sure at least one of them had gotten to 100/100, not sure about the other since I had logged out of it early on in the wave.

    I'm not sure how they will solve your problem given you don't have the email address to prove your ownership of the account. But if you frequently login with the same IP they might give you a chance to change your email.

    I heard it takes a month for them to reply the support ticket. I am currently not in America, and I don’t have my laptop with me. And I am  going to log in with a new IP since my family is going to move to a new house right after I come back to US. I honestly have no idea what to do now.

  5. My current email address is no longer working and I can’t receive anything on that address. So I need to link my account with another new email address. The problem is I need the verification code from DE who will send the code to my current email address, but my current address is no longer working. I can’t get the code and I can’t change my address. What should I do?
