[Lich requiems order bug]

Hello!
I was finalizing my lich, knowing that my second known requiem was the last requiem to defeat my lich. But when I got the last known requiem in order to defeat my lich, it said that the order, starting from the second was wrong. I tried switching the two last requiems twice, and it's not working.

I've spent a whole afternoon trying to defeat my lich but they wouldn't pop and it was taking way too long and it's on almost all of my planets, which is annoying when I'm trying to farm resources.

If anyone has an answer or had this bug, any help would be great, thanks!

I found the first part of the puzzle then I left thinking I have to talk to konzu & when I realize that I have to continue looking for more parts, the quest got bug & can't resume it. 

Is there a way to "restart"?
