( I know i'm noob with Linux in terms of this and would really appreciate the help in any form)

Warframe has its own musical style though. All the factions have musical tells, and from what I can determine, their relative place in the story represents that. As far as I can determine vocals/conventional instrumentation represent esoteric methods of combat, whereas electronic represents methods further up the tech tree. Percussion and short beats vs longer tones have a similar relationship, with the mixing therein informing just how old or new they are.

Tenno have vocals+strings for the Operators/Lotus and specifically Taiko Drums for the Warframes. This comes together in 'This is What You Are' which blends several choir types together alongside the drums and strong martial arts shouts - a mix almost of drum and vocals. They're the oldest current faction so they make heavy use of the Drums - but the Operators are a new development. Short, drum-like vocals represent the fusion they represent in Transference.

Grineer also use Percussion alongside deep electronic... bass I think? They're more modern than the Tenno but are still rooted in a lower technology tier. Electronic here seems to suggest being newer - as it's one of the most modern forms of music as opposed to vocalising which is one of the oldest. They have both high-tech stuff (from our perspective) like FTL drives and such, but still have drums.

The exception is the Kuva Fortress and the Queens theme. They sport bells - instruments that have a harsh percussion but linger, alongside choral accompaniment like the Orokin. The queens aren't quite like their underlings. Not quite as basic - deep down they're Orokin.

Corpus have electronic music almost entirely, indicating how they don't use things like bullets anymore. I'm not sure what genre though. They also have a strong beat in some places but also have longer chords. They're between the tech level of the Grineer and Orokin..

Orokin also feature vocals, but it's chanting choirs and drone music. They 'fight' in an esoteric way, indoctrinating victims to act as guards through the neural sentry. And they're by far the most advanced faction technologically so they get extremely long chords.

The Sentients also feature Taiko, although it's using the sticks for harsh clacking sounds. Just like the Tenno, they're incredibly old, but unlike the Tenno they have electronic instruments woven in - representing how they use more 'advanced' weapons, plasma, lasers and heat rays and whatnot. They sport longer chords in the backing too, of a similar length to the Orokin, as they are on that tech level.

Then there's the Infested, which embrace discord. They use conventional instrumentation - they're also an ancient threat - but unlike the others they mix long chords and beats of various lengths. They're an old plague born anew, consuming newer victims. They have the most esoteric yet most basic method of fighting - a plague that creates monsters that use savage combat styles.

Side Note. Keith Powers, the composer, is an absolute Legend.

This is one of the best analysis I've ever seen you must be an Octavia main.
