[Baro Ki'teer NPC not present/ not arrived after notification]

i went to the relay after i got the inbox message from baro but he wasn't there

when i type "when baro" in region chat i get this

so i returned to orbiter and checked navigation to find this

baros arrival progress has halted

he's also not showing up in the alerts category

I have relogged in several times now to no avail

i have verified and optimized the download cache a couple of times as well.

He's there now. Took a little over 50 mins but the most recent relogin seems to have worked after i readied some logs.

this started after the most recent hotfix.

the timers can change drastically if i dont have the foundry ui open on screen.

the negative counter increases if you do a mission.

I got the Lotus Ephemera immediately but not nekros prime, and frankly i think that is my fault. i may have hit refresh a few times totally messing up the whole "consecutive 30 minutes of watchtime", condition. i have a nekros prime, i just wanted the free slot. :P *Takes Big Gulp of Dumb #*!% Juice*. Stream was pretty epic though.
