Not really because they are burst damage, by the time they drop off in damage you are well above the normal play range for enemies and it is just a matter of CC spam keeping you going.
Most of the crit weapons drop off around 100+ without the use of CP or other armor removing methods, that might not be the normal playing lvl but that's where the true fun in this game begins. Also most of the crit weapons are low status, but the firerate they have compensates for the low status and those with low firerate got high status chance, exept tonkor where 10% status does nothing because it only has 2 shots in a magazine and after that you got to reload for 2 sec everytime, you can see the effects of low status even in sorties, when facing against bombards or heavy gunners.

nope, the Tonkor doesn't need help, it's been nerfed as it should have been ages ago. people don't seem to understand that the Tonkor will still blow everything to smithereens as it has always done, it's just that now you'll have to stand a bit further back if you want to admire your handiwork and not become a part of it instead.
Tonkor actually needs some help, pure crit weapons are and probably will be completly useless agains anything with armor or shields, so basically 2 factions in this game (3 if you count sentients in aswell), that is why im asking that for the lost 10% of base crit chance tonkor could get like 5-15% more status chance.

Honestly most of the launchers were better than the Tonkor it was just the lack of self damage that put it on top.
And that is exactly why i think DE should add some status to tonkor. Even a little bit more of status could help.
-
With the nerf coming to tonkor and it losing 10% crit chance and gaining the ability to kill yourself, can we atleast help the gun a little bit by adding some status to lessen the hit, as tonkor and the penta are both launchers with the smallest status chance and can benefit from some status being added.

How much for the stug riven?

When they are affected by Tar, they take more damage from other sources as far as I am aware.
That might explain some of the dmg they were taking.

Toxin Ospreys have been in since the beginning. They aren't new. Tar moas often do that one shot kind of thing at high levels if they directly hit the target.
Exept it didnt hit the target. it was just on the ground and the npc with their stupid pathfinding just walked into there.

I hear it added toxin ospreys which at high levels tend to one shot anything
I dont know anything about those, but all of the enemies seemed to damage them more and tar-moas 1 shot them if they got even near the goop.

Did the hotfix make the event harder? Yesterday it was easy to go to 300+ exports and under this i mean not 300+ points, but 300+ npcs equaling about 1.5k points, but today it seems that the npcs die much quicker then they used to.

I would like the stug one

To be honest the excal nerf didnt do much, it added a spin flash cost and that's about it, the gameplay of EB excal stayed mostly the same. So i would say that excal is still worth using. The reason that people are salty is because they cant use some mods (mainly blood rush/body count combo or syndicate weapon mods) on EB and those are the mods that make melee OP.

I've never seen anyone complain about a trinity in their squad, never even seen that much of "EV!!!!!!" in public matches. The only place where i've seen the hate on EV trin not doing his/her job is LoR, because there it is their job to keep the squads energy maxed.

I found that building mag only for range and duration works really well, while also staying above 100% efficiency, because you can just use magnetize to suck all the enemies into one place and then use an aoe weapon or something with travel time and punchthrough to deal massive amounts of damage and if the bubble runs out and the enemy who it was cast on died in the process, the bubble still explodes and can kill enemies in the 100+ lvls easily even with only 40% power strength.

This is the thing i want for Opticor to make it even worth using

The only one that is an actual scam is the last example. Not knowing the prices or not wanting to do like 10 seconds of research is the players own problem, its not a scam to put the price higher and someone unknowingly buys the item, its just not a nice thing to do. A real example of a scam is something like itemswap, but that can only be abused if the one who it is being done on is careless.

6. Fun topic: choose all the video game labels that DON'T apply to Warframe!
Everyone has been voting wrong with these.
Warframe is clearly a Dating Simulator. I've been getting a lot of rep with Steel Meridans leader lately.
Warframe is clearly a Survival Horror, the infested give off the creepiest of vibes when you are running a survival mission.
Warframe is clearly a Visual Novel, the second dream in 1fps, no explanation needed.
Warframe is clearly a Roguelike, every time i run a dungeon/mission i get loot and treasure chests. It checks every box on the: "Is This Game A Roguelike" list.
Warframe is clearly a RTS, planning where to put down a spectre or health drops make it into a real strategy game.
Warframe clearly isnt a Casual game, look at all the hardcore people running around + fashionframe is not for the weak casuals.

He got certainly confused with all of the earlier excitement and forgot to bring the proper offerings with proper prices.
Ok, if i would of known i would of bought myself another machete wraith.

Title. I am confused because when he came out he had machete wraith and mara detron but now he has prisma tetra and prisma shade.

I understood most of this but there is a technical detail I'm unsure of. When going for a weapon damage build, Eff/Dur/Str in that order, would I bother putting on Fleeting Expertise?
Yea fleeting is almost needed, but not at max rank. At rank 4 it is perfect no need to go higher then that. Also another build you might want to look into is a battle arena build, but those are quite weird to make, because you need everything over 100% or near it. It works best (in my opinion) max range, good efficiency, decent duration and str at minimal 90%.
-
A pure str build is useless, but str and range with minimal duration works. It is not a effective way of using limbo though, limbo is more useful for that invincibility that comes with it. And damage wise it is not worth using his first ability but rather the cataclysm, because the range+str build with minimal duration can hit most enemies twice (the opening of cataclysm and the closing of it). For a duration build go full duration and survivability and if you want to use the bonus damage then stack efficiency duration and str (in order of importance) and with all of this possibly the augment for more damage aswell. I hope this isnt too confusing, i might of wrote it weird because im sleepy.
Also i think rift surge does not increase the damage of the abilities but only weapon damage.

I sit in front of my computer. I have a cup of tea/coffee in my left hand and my mouse in the other hand. I have warframe open. Inside warframe i am sitting in recruit chat trying to find a bloody non-keyshare void runs or i open steam browser and look at the most interesting posts i can find on warframe forums. That is my life story.

I just thought that Kraken was way more forgotten than Sicarius/Prime.
Atleast with the kraken you could equip a hydroid and always yell "RELEASE THE KRAKEN" and shoot someone 20 times in the face to kill them.
-
Jat Kittag for mostly everything. War to be a Beyblade. Scoliac (+Volt and primed reach) for fun times and Sheev (with the oneshot mod and loki) for some of the most tactical exterminate missions i've ever had.
-
I think this is an illegal combo: Volt with str + dur build(for speed), scoliac with speed + PR. Too much fun, you attack as fast as you can click and because of Primed Reach you can clear rooms in seconds.
And for primary: Tonkor, because first it is OP and secondly it is a granade launcher.

It would be a good idea, but it is easy to fake these hours just by going into a mission and standing in a a safe spot, as missions dont have any kind of a time limit. So people could just leave their pcs on for the whole day and get the rewards that way aswell. This doesnt incentivise people to play the game.
