[Need help linking my steam account]

I did run the game from Steam, but those options didn't appear on my, and I can't get the steam achievements even I have those in my main account that I've connected to.

When I tried to link my account to my steam account, it take me to my steam user page. When I tried lunch the game via Steam and tried link it from there, both the "link steam account" and the "unlink steam account" options didn't appeared. Did I do something wrong? Is there anyway to fix this problem?
