It'll probably be 20 plat by the time you get back, spend the 40p with the slot and get him. They did the best solution they could. You're one of few, where as the other 479k people are very tahnkful for this idea.

That kid was acting like a spoiled brat like most of the people on this forum, and like a lot of people have said, I doubt they will do something this nice again in the future because of it.

I agree the new content looks great, but I personally have never seen a game where you're muted (besides runescape) ban you from private messages. We can hope one day they'll fix it, but until then let's just hope the new content/frames come soon!

Yep, I will never be returning to region chat once I'm able to join any chat. And what really doesn't make sense is to not give me a warning/just ban me from region where it happened (or if you wanna be extreme, recruiting and trade) but to block me from in-game chat of my missions/private messages/and clan chats? That's ridiculous to suspend you from private areas of chat.

Yeah it's honestly crazy when it states the game as Rated M and will suspend chat (pretty much making me play solo/ironman mode) for 7 days for saying "nibba". I'm sure everyone who might have seen it has heard a few words that are a bit worse.

Forums can't do anything to help you with a chat ban, you need to refer to Support at https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us. Keep in mind they might take a while to get to your ticket, and by the time they do, you might already be unbanned.
Ahh I was told by [DE] Brian on zendesk to head over the forums because he couldn't help me lol. Just astonished I received a 7-day suspension for my first time. Oh well, I learned my lesson: don't even look at region chat! Thanks for the reply, but it seems like my only option is just waiting it out.

Hi, I have never received a mute on pc or ps4 and have been a long time supporter on both platforms (80$ prime pack on both accounts). So the issue, I replied "earth nibba" to a question and received this mute. I had no clue that word would be banned (it is not a bad word, in the way I had spelled it, but I do understand it was out of place for region chat) and I am wondering if this can be removed. I will be much more careful in the future knowing that your system is very strict. Thanks. Edit: This was a 7 DAY SUSPENSION

I understand, but I think it's unlikely to happen. They did much more than they had to. I, like some, expected them to say screw it and say sorry it happened but no one is getting Ash Prime. So imo they did the best they could.
