  1. I agree it could use a slight bump in fire rate.

    I don't have any complaints otherwise. Using a radiation status build, if the shot doesn't kill the enemy it procs reliably enough that the mob will attack other enemies or vice versa because the mob is so far away from you, you lose agro from that area for a few seconds.

  2. I don't think there is an energy refund mechanic on Bladestorm, just a reduced cost for marking if you're in invisible or casted 2 first. Refund is only for the Fatal TP augment.

    It'd be cool if we only got the cinematic on the first target then clones do the rest while you're back to gunning.

    How so? Strong is for weak underused weapons which require significantly increased stats which are more difficult to roll as opposed to Faint which bumps up those OP weapons even further and usually doesn't require as many rerolls, at least in my experience.

    I'd be onboard for the change.

    If bullet jumping was disabled or had a cool down would that help equal it out? That is something I was thinking about, or possibly increasing mobility or movement speed on the faction side.

  5. I think it would be a cool addition to PVP/Conclave to have Tenno vs Faction games based around the game modes already in game. Like Tenno vs Infested Mobile Defense or Tenno vs Corpus Capture. You could use your conclave loadout as the Tenno and choose 1 of 5 special units as the faction side.

    I realize they're tons of mechanics to consider to make this successful, what do you think the biggest hurdles might be?

  6. Good review, it's informative and touches on his weak spots, especially Petrify and the Rumblers for which I have suggestions. I had not considered punch through on weapons to work with Tectonics so thanks for that.

    I'd like Petrify to be duration based, no longer disables you from using powers or weapons, effect has a wider cone or even 360 but still significantly slows your actions, weapon attack speed and rate of fire and power cast speed. I agree the range of effect needs to be much larger too. If the rate of petrification could be speed up then default duration could be around 8 seconds.

    Rumblers need to scale, totally agree. They should match the level of mobs.

  7. It has been mentioned before that limiting the number of vorticies would help tone down the SynSin to reasonable levels, and I agree with that. 2 is plenty.

    Still, it doesn't make sense to have a gun that is more effective at a function than a warframe's 4th skill like Vauban's. So if it doesn't get a change we should expect guns that do the same thing as bladestorm, peacemaker and molecular prime, right?

    I agree, especially with network latency and frames always on the move increasing it to 10m would be a great help.

    I think they're being slightly sarcastic but the intention is correct - you only get matched up with those frames and weapons you like.

    I too would love a frame and weapon filter, it would be a lot more efficient than sitting in recruit chat. I do like to pub a lot but there are 2 or 3 combinations out of hundreds of loadouts that ruin the game for me.

  10. I think you explained it just fine, the responders just disagree.

    I, for one, would like this change. I normally stop at 5 forma because after that I feel too locked in to certain mod configurations. If I could dump 4 forma into one slot and be able to change that to whatever polarity I wanted I would be encouraged to actually use more forma.

    Would you mind sharing the stats on the Gorgon one? I have one as well and liking it so far, it is around %160 +crit rate and %70 +elec (at work so don't have the exact figures).

  12. SynSim...the bane of pubs :( The sight and sound are annoying, adjusting the pitch down on the sound might help. Several have mentioned lowering the amount of vortices you can have going at once and I like that idea, would reduce the visual noise/spam.

     

    Really though, a gun that replaces a warframe's ultimate, like Vauban's, should have never been introduced in the game to begin with.

  13. I agree with OP that it should auto-charge between shots and not require holding to charge. IMO that mechanic only feels right on bows since that is how they actually work.

    The outcome of the change wouldn't affect the dps or how it is used, you could still fire quarter or half shots and there would still be a delay between shots.

    I feel the worse case scenario would be a few more Lanka users, which would be a nice change. I would be one of those because I like it but don't use it often simply because the charge to hold feels so awkward.

    Thanks, I was talking to the wrong NPC. Just found the second floor, did not even know that existed until today.

     

    IMO clearer directions on how to start this quest are needed for returning or new players that might not be used to the relay hub. I had no idea syndicates and Darvo were there either.
