  1. Bugged on PC also: I was using it in my prisma grakata today, forma'd it so it was good, and to get some use out of the "use 3 forma" weekly quest. It seems like rolling out of the secondary fire was what caused it to break for me. It was working fine for the first half of the mission, then on a whim I tried to roll-cancel out of the forced shooting and it worked! shortly after that I noticed it was no longer refunding the ammo anymore, even after blasting through a whole blob of 10+ grineer, so I assume that might have broken it (I never finished that round of secondary fire, so the check to see if I killed 2 might have broken?).

  2. The Ostrum mining tools still allow you to get gems, you just can't get the best gems (kind of like how you needed the advanced cutter to get the last 2 gems in Cetus) without getting the new laser. The tool grind is much easier this time around: there's only 1 mining tool, and 2 fishing spears, and the 2nd spear just stuns other nearby fish when you catch one (instead of spooking them I assume), so you can get the new tools almost as soon as you finish the intro quest.

Check your profile->weapons (for example). That is all the weapons that count to level your rank. They only count once, no matter how many times you rank them up.

While true, in this case he was specifically asking if a normal and a prime version of the same frame count as "different warframes" for MR, which they do. Crafting two Rhinos won't get you any more MR points, but crafting a Rhino and then a Rhino Prime will get you more points, since it's a different frame.

  4. I'd be happy if launchers didn't detonate on hitting a friendly, at least. I've been using the phantasma a lot recently, and almost every single time I die to self damage, it's because someone runs straight through me as I'm firing, causing it to hit them and explode in my face, through no fault of my own. Only once or twice was it me firing it into enemies that were closer than I thought, or into a doorway that closed with the orb mid flight, etc, the other 95% of the deaths have been due to friendly fire accidents.

This would keep the "pay attention to where you fire it dummy!" part intact, while removing, I suspect, a lot of the self deaths that aren't the players fault.
