[Vauban drives me nuts]

A relatively new player here, about 2 months in. I'm trying to build Vauban and when I'm not playing the game I'm keeping deathsnacks.com open, watching the alerts. For the last few weeks the only Vauban part I've ever seen in the alerts is the chassis. Right now, surprise surprise, there is another one. Is that a cruel joke on the part of DE? Or are the other parts appearing only in those 8-9 night hours when I'm not keeping track of the alerts?
