Dear DE,
It has come to my attention that there are Unintended universal riven mods in the game. This is NOT ok. As shown in the imagine below "RIFLE" mod Crita-gelicon can be placed onto any rifle or bow of your choosing, this is game breaking. 💔

It has come to my attention that this recent 1/9/2020 hotfix did not fix the issue I was having, I was waiting an assuming that it would but since it did NOT I'm here for the following reason.
1) Around two weeks ago my friend decided they wanted to play warframe again an start hunting for the Kuva Weapons from Kuva Liches, previous to obtaining my Kuva Lich my whispers an chat were working just fine but it seems that as soon as I had picked up a new Kuva Lich from Cassini Saturn, Fire Element using Vauban, my whispers completely stopped working, the odd part of this is that I can still SEND whispers to players an they can visually see them but when they SEND ME a whisper, It doesn't appear visually for me on my screen. I've been without whispers for over two weeks now, It's very hard to communicate with others an selling/trading is practically impossible without having to tell everyone in an extended message that my whispers aren't working for ME.
Please investigate this an if possible fix my whispers, I'm getting close to the point where I want to just take a break because I can't properly communicate with anyone. Ironically the name of my Kuva Lich that gave me this bug is a very powerful lich indeed, I hope you have the tool to vanquish it an return my whispers to me, because I don't think stealing whispers is fair. D;

Perhaps just a few times with bad luck? It usually need to hit an orange crit for it to be a 1 shot if anything 3 bullets from the multishot should also do the trick, however it's RNG based.

This should do fine an you should be able to 1-3 shot limbs through 1 volt shield. When going for the killing blow during the end phase, remember to stack 6 shields for the 600% electrical damage bonus towards radiation.
If using Chroma instead of Volt, replace Serration and Heavy Calibur with Wildfire and Primed Cyro Rounds (or) Vigilante Armaments.

Send in a ticket through the support desk if this issue is still happening to you, more then likely they'll be able to fix it or they'll ask you to delete files from your hard-drive to allow any corrupted files to freshly update.
