So when I was casting my sheild of shadows ability, I ended up dying as I casted it. When I revived, I noticed that one of the enemies that I brought up with sheild of shadows didn't respawn like the rest did. So that one enemy for the rest of the mission didn't die and kept helping me fight.

Any chance you could do Old Town Road for Octavia if possible?

Yeah I was going to ask if anyone else is having problems or if it was just me. Glad to see I'm not the only one.
