[Warframe Launcher not updating and not launching the game]

Everytime I launch Warframe from Steam a message pops up and says "Update failed! Downloaded data was corrupted. The update will be restarted shortly." 

I've tried every solution, changing languages in the launcher, running the launcher as an administrator through local files. I've tried ticking and unticking all the boxes in the settings of the launcher but the game won't launch. Occasionally, the launcher allows me to hit "Retry" but after pressing it the launcher just goes back to displaying this message. 

All the solutions I've read about don't work on my Warframe launcher so I'm stuck. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
