[Railjack missions start without any objectives]

Experience the same as OP. 

So far no Earth Proxima node has worked at all, Saturn and Veil are also loading without enemies or mission objectives.

I had to exit the game and come back in. I applied two more forma (since I was 1/3 from last week) and it completed.

Affirmative. I remember previewing this skin and thinking of buying. After the updates this week that cool effect on the legs is gone now. 

[No reward in raid]

Had the same issue tonight, twice. Both times in Nightmare Law of Retribution. 

Seemed to have resulted in having pressed tab to open progress/loot screen after killing Vay Hek. Pressing tab again would not return back to the normal screen and instead I was stuck with the overlay. Few seconds later I was given "Connection to Host Lost" and no rewards were given for final part of the trial. Happened on two separate occasions in exact same fashion. 

[KURIA SCAN Blocked]

Ran into the same issue today. The terrain the kuria is on is off the map so you get the fade to black screen and are booted back to the nearest safe point. 

I was able to scan though by bullet jumping straight up and aim gliding on the way down. Was using only the increased scan speed widget, no aim glide mods, etc. I'm sure Titania would also be another work around.
