[account locked from trade]

Today I tried to trade with a friend (some relics he needed for some prime parts I needed).  I was informed in our dojo that my account was prohibited from trading.  I cannot find any information as to why, or how to alter this.  please help.

Additional Information:  I purchased platnium approx 2 weeks ago.  I don't think that any trade restrictions are placed on people who purchase plat, but I wanted to include this information in case it was relevant.
