No filter on. It's pretty strange.

I run into this problem sometimes and there seems to be no reason for it. My Internet is stable, gets 20 mb/s. I'm watching Youtube with no lag as I write this. I can play Fortnite with no lag. My brother lives an hour away and he's getting on with no issue. The servers are apparently fine.

Can someone tell me why I'm having this problem with Warframe and how to fix it? I work so it's annoying when I can't get on in my limited free time.

For the record: I've power cycled both my Xbox and router.
