As a MR16 [or seventeen, I forget at times], I feel like I should Say I get along just fine in nightmare raids despite having no Corrupted/Prime Mods, hell I have next to no augments or completed mods aswell or even forma'd anything; I blame 600+ hours of the only damage mods were 45% elemental mods and that firerate and multishot mod.
I know that I am a rather, rare case as most my rank are fully kitted out while I'm still using a barley modded Wyrm Prime but the point I want to make is, people with high mastery ranks are only more garenteed to have such equipment. -
I'm wondering about the changes to the corrupted voices [mostly due to nostalgia and cool factor] but I won't grieve or trash about it. I'm just wondering when this was implemented and why?

I consider "direct fire" as standing still taking direct damage nonstop from every enemy in the area- not hopping around, blocking, or covering them in CC. If you're doing any of that then I see how it could last 1-10 seconds (at least).
Hmm, perhaps I should have chosen better words, when I hear under Direct Fire, I associate it with weapons targets directly at you and hitting within immediate proximity or actually hitting.

While I'm not saying it's a bad augment by any means- I would like to know where you were that a few hundred shields gave you 1-10 seconds of direct fire protection... I'm assuming Saturn tops.
T-IV Survival
When your used to using low tier weapons with un-optimized builds, with un-optimized frames, you get creative in finding out how not to die under direct fire.

Im not sure how good my notes are on the augment since I have never ever once touched corrupted mods on my frames, or put forma into them, I can confirm that it does give about 1-10 seconds worth of shields under direct fire, depending on how much damage overload does.
I have notice that depending on positioning of the moment when you cast it greatly affects how much shields you receive, meaning you have to be in harms way to get the full benefit. If your a highly mobile/smart/Defense/cooperative player then that 1-10 seconds can easliy be extended to stupid amounts of time.
Personally I love it but do not expect it to be anywhere near close to meta changing. So realy its in the eyes of the beholder. -
Also I heard Warframe will at some point be compatible with steam workshop, so hopefully a modder will be able to have a sound pack that makes all the guns sound class/ or like that scene you provided... a cascade of explosive and glorious dakka.

The DE Sound Team seem to hate asome and lound sounding guns, trust me there were several amazing sounding weapons that over time were changed, some made sense [so loud anything in game becomes muted], some were beyond pointless [braton vandal sound nerf, of all things].

Archwing in Void, would be hard to explain lore wise, Its a beautiful hellscape that has and follows no logic, and would most likely emp our archwing shields and may turn the Archwings portable Atmosphere against us.
Also why Relays? Baro can't be that bad....

This sounds like a corruption issue. Have you tried verifying the data files? You can find an option to do so from the launcher.
I've done that about 8 times over a years time, and it doesn't seem to do anything.

So My Computer can play warframe just fine, but for some reason ever since Last July, my computer refuses to play any where in vicinity of Earth/Europa/Eris especially on solo, It doesn't matter the tile set like if in archwing or ship or surface, the game just constantly crashes when playing on any nodes that resides on such areas, occasionally I crash in my Liset just because said planet is in the background, does anyone else have a problem like this?

Indeed. Mirage was also held captive and went mad from it.
If they were just remote-control-robots, a lot of the lore would kinda break.
Evidence seems to indicate that we're in there.
The Lotus and the Rhino Prime codex entry implies that Tenno have mouths, Sargas Ruk and Lech Kril both say there's flesh underneath the warframes, Valkyr can scream, we bleed when hit with bleed procs, we can bleed out when we go down, we suffocate without life support, and we take bonus damage from slash, toxin, and viral.
Well, theirs a possibility that there once were original frames, with a living person in them [possibly more power full than anything we can achieve realy] that after their demise... the orokin made a template so that the next generation of tenno can use. The Suits are still alive themselves, but are merely organic variants of a highly advance Remote.Control.Vehicle.

The lore part of me says no because it was a personaly designed weapon by hek so it probably would look cleaner.
The Pesimistic side has a feeling if the skin was changed the sound team will ruin how the gun feels and sounds [RIP Old Braton/Lato/Braton Vandal/ Viper Sounds] -

I'm hoping to see the meta snap and break under the pressure like so many dry reeds.
Some just want to see the world burn, I can tell we have more refined taste and just want to see our Community and Forums BURN ASUNDER, it last much much longer and we can see aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the details we wish, it will be beautiful if such an event were to occur.

There can be more Corpus, but I'm of the mind that there are a limited number of Tenno (I subscribe to the theory that Tenno can't reproduce - we'd have to expose more people to the Void to have a chance at infusing them with whatever happened to the ones from the earlier Orokin experiments, but doing so would be as monstrous as when the Orokin did it the first time).
The moment our numbers run out, so too does all hope for Origin.
That is in my head cannon as well, but we seem to be holding ourselves well, though I do worry about the quality of the Tenno as of late... mindlessly bogging down into simple plans with no coordination or communication, not knowing why such tactics work or even asking how, this so called meta, many tenno are still as good as ever and nowhere near as bad as im saying they are, but when the Sentients come back, well we better hope this so called meta holds up or a notable amount of our kin shall perish.

I think what happened is we found the remains of the Warframe blueprints and whatnot after the Corpus had gutted them for their information - like damaged data, just as Valkyr herself was damaged. So that's all we had to reconstruct the frame with, giving us the creature we had. The "original Valkyr" would be among the first to get out of the labs, but I do think that there were many of them - i.e. ones that would have had the Kara helmet fashioned for them by the Corpus (it's a headcanon of mine, based on what Kara's referencing, that an earlier part of Alad's Zanuka program was trying to tame Warframe/Tenno).
I may be misunderstanding you, but I don't think that the Corpus were able to build Warframes on their own. They could only take pre-built ones and dissect them, trying in vein to figure out how to make them for themselves.
Hmm, maybe I am over estimating Corpus tech or the quality of the Subjects they acquired, what you say does make sense.
Also 5-1000 fallen tenno is nothing compared to the thousands - millions [or maybe even billions] of corpus civilians killed or worse under the Grineer Victory's, it seemed like a small price to pay.

The base lore leading up to Valkyr starts with pre-Gradivus, where Alad V found a cache of sleeping Tenno and their Warframes and took them for himself. This led to Gradivus, and the majority of Tenno siding against Alad with the Grineer to save them as quickly as possible.
Sadly, we weren't fast enough, and some were forged into the likes of Zanuka and Harvester. I think that the majority of Warframes in that cache WERE Valkyr, which I think is to be supported by Alad's Zanuka having what looks to be the same skin as the Pre-Corpus Valkyr.
I don't think the Corpus and Grineer QUITE have the technology to build their own Warframes, or else they wouldn't try to keep attacking us to take ours. It's just technology that is beyond them - like how replicating the vast majority of Prime weapons is behind us (hence why we need to find the parts in the Void).
That is what im saying, We found a Reversed Engineered or somewhat copied version of Valkyr but ultimately it is a Valkyr.
Also I helped the corpus, Couldn't let the Grineer get any more ground, no regrets.

I think Nekros is more than a fine frame, let me give my take on your complaints if you care to listen to my insignificant worthless opinions and facts and BS melded into one stupid list.
1- That's not his problem, that's the meta's problem, the meta sucks.
2- Sure he is skiny, he can still probably rip lancers in half with his bare hands and wield dual gorgons with slight recoil like every other frame, and we all know their weapons are less terrifying than their powers.
3- Build for something other than Desecrate, the results will shock you. Also soul punch is a fancy name given to a power [it could just be Nekros releasing a cloud of nano machines in the form a directed blast, almost all tenno powers can be explained via nano machines powered by the void], do you realy think that Excalibur is called Excalibur cause he is the sword pulled from stone?
4- Look at 3/1
5- Soul Punch lets him toss around Bombards like dolls, Terrify literally has Infested and Moa's and corrupted fleeing for their life's, Desecrate reduces entire fields of body's into red blobs, and Shadows of the Dead have the fallen come back from nowhere along side Nekros... I would be @(*()$ terrified for my life seeing something like that, Grineer and Corpus already pissed themselves by now.
6- He isnt impressive but he can survive alone for shocking amounts of time given the right set up.
7- Get the Augment and gawk.
8- Ok I will admit I paint him the most non reflective black I could find cause I don't like 70% of his body but he does look like a Tenno Interpretation of Death [Look at their interpretation of a Pirate, Dragon, Bird and tell me that the tenno culture DOES NOT see things in weird ways.]
All in all, your complaints look like a mix of someone who hates his meta style and does not like his normal play style. -
I have no advice about finding a good crew, mostly luck or having good friends, but I do have similar problems with the raid, mostly people just seem to be total idiots on the simon says part and often struggle to grasp basic concepts.
Of course I make sure I always have fun, I always run Banshee, 1 forma, no primed or corrupted mods on any of my builds for anything... MR16 1356 hours in case you were curious. I make it evident that is how I play before I get an invite, and when ever they ask about me... the reactions are always priceless, I do pull my own weight perfectly [Try opening a panel locked door with your only teamate being a manic.] but I can tell many people have no idea what their doing, even with the fact they have done it countless times. I guess its because how the meta works, there's a build that works perfectly and has amazing results, you see a vid or pic of it [if its a vid many skip straight to the build], then they use said build, they find where it works, then they do the same thing over and over not saying much or thinking much, monkey see monkey do. It works definitely [i have never tried such things myself], but then when their expect to think or use tactics besides '4 4 4 4 4 4 4 COPTER 4 4 4 4 4 4 4', such mentailtys have horrifying results [i have seen MR5-7's do better than a MR19 during the raid].
But all in all the raids are definitely fun. -
The fact that the skin exists nullifies your argument, in fact, your argument nullifies your argument (it's not actually an argument in this case). You're suggesting that the Corpus created their own warframe, which is not the case. The word 'forged' does not mean they created her from scratch as their own design.

I never said the corpus invented the valkyr frame, just created... their is a massive difference between create and invent Let me clarify my words.
You made a Burston in the lisets foundry, did you just invent a new burst fire weapon, make your own Blueprint with years of designing and taking notes of other burst fire weapons and create the first ever Burston? No, you made a Burston that's it, their, sure you may paint it differently, maybe add some forma to change it even more, but ultimately it is a replica.

Fair enough, but why would the Orokin intentionally break one of their very, very expensive (if not valuable) soldiers? Read Mag Prime's lore - only one was sent with an entire fleet.
A 4-Tenno squad is basically an army - after all, we kill thousands of Orokin-Controlled entities without much effort.
If Valkyr actually had some abilities, why crush her mental health? And even if they did so - how would they know whether she would stay stable and most importantly - loyal enough to control her on a battlefield?
The Corpus? Sure, stuff they do would make even Mengele proud, but Orokin? They were truly intelligent, calculating, precise. Their only weakness was arrogance. They wouldn't create a psychopathic warframe that is driven only by suffering and hatred, because the first thing she did would probably tear her teammates apart.
And one more thing - the Warframes came back from the Void. If Valkyr came from the void - thus from the Orokin - and if she already had her abilities - since the Orokin did that to her in the first place - why would the Corpus keep torturing her? It just doesn't add up.
Unless you are saying Warframes are not unique, but then it would be a tremendous coinsidence that Corpus decide to torture Valkyr just as Orokin did. (I feel so damn sorry for her, just want to cuddle her Q_Q)
Yes we all want to cuddle her, but to more serious things first.
1.They very much need to know the limits of the tenno, breaking one of them to the point of it becoming a besereker was a good way to see, from the fact that the Tenno were willing to commit mass genocide to the orokin populace from the lowest in the slums to the goldfish to the royals, and the fact mirage wasn't realy phased at all from death, they have near unbreakable will, but still hold grudges, and carry them out in unfathomable effectiveness. The original probably showed as much discipline, cooperation, and teamwork as any other orokin elite/tenno showed during battle, and no resistance to the orokin hierarchy and scientist, so they though she was perfectly stable, so they made more.
2. The original is most likely dead from the orokin era... they most likely found the corpse and made a replica, noticed it couldn't activate her powers, found research showing how the original was tortured, and done the same to the new one.

It says "forged in the labs of the Zanuka Project" in her codex entry.
Even with warframe's tendency of describing details in a vague or artsy manner, if they mean forged as in forged, then Valkyr wasn't invented, just created, using corpus tech to fill in the gaps of tech Alad couldn't grasp but ultimately it implies she was the latest of warframe designs discovered not invented. Which does allow for the idea of the original being Identical to the Valkyr we all know except for a far less mutilated body being true.
TWW Dragon Key Problem

Hello, after quite some time of leaving waframe, I came back to find that the Dragon Keys are a Dojo thing. So I tried to get the keys only to be met with a constant message that I can't deploy solar rails during Armistice every time I enter the research menu, so I can't get any of the keys, is this a problem everyone is having or just me?
