[Unclaimable Foundry Item]

---I wasn't sure of an appropriate sub-forum within bug-reporting to report this, so correct me if there's a better one.---

A short while ago, I started the process for crafting a Naramon Eidolon Lens; when I logged into the game to claim it, the foundry refused to let me claim the lens, saying "unknown error." This is all the information I have concerning the issue, though I would have attached a recording to demonstrate. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, and that does not seem to fix the issue. Also, this does not show up as a "in-progress" item I can claim when I open my foundry through the Warframe mobile app.
