[If I accidentally got out a relic missions by mistake do I still keep the stuff I earned?]

It may be a stupid question, I kinda feel like the answer is no but I'm hoping there's a positive one. I played a relic survival mission and I unlocked stuff from a few relics, maybe like 3 but I did ed and lost affinity, my cousin was still alive though but I was playing in a sleepy state and by mistake aborted mussion, is there any chance I can get those items?
