[Plains of Eidolon - Teralyst bug]

I was chasing the Teralyst around and shooting it in the butt for farm Vombalyst cores, when the Teralyst seemed to become stuck on a rock near the South-Eastern part of the Plains of Eidolon. The Teralyst seemed to be frozen in animation and unable to use its abilities (aside from the swarm-missile-from-the-air ability) and also unable to summon Vombalysts. The Teralyst was able to be damaged however, and for some reason was able to stay in the position beyond its normal curfew at sunrise. I tried breaking one of his joints to see if it would jolt him out of the stuck animation, in which case it did. The Teralyst played the teleporting animation, then immediately despawned.

 

[Possible Bug in Iliad, Phobos (assassination)]

I had a strange event happen while farming The Sergeant in Iliad, Phobos. While on my way to the boss, he inexplicably died before I could fight him, and the mission was marked complete. There were no other players with me, or friendly NPCs (specters, syndicate troops, etc).
