[Not qualified for region or any other chat.]

I just started playing pc warframe and after the starting missions I wasn’t qualified to use the region chat or anything else! I’m confused and I really wanted to get it out there. I want to talk to others but I’m unable to because the chats say I’m not qualified to use them. Please help
