[I cant get past the launcher]

I've played Warframe for 61 hours and ive had no major glitches but for the past two days i havent been able to get past the launcher, it just shows a blank white screen. I use 64 bit windows (ive noticed that it loads in 32 bit but im not sure if that is new) ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game, restarted my pc and ive tried to verify the game files but the button doesnt work

my pc specs are 

• AMD A9 A9-9425 processor.
• Dual core processor.
• 3.1GHz processor speed.
• 8GB RAM DDR4.
• 1TB HDD storage.
• Microsoft Windows 10.

Display features:

• 15.6 inch screen.
• High definition display.
• Resolution 1366 x 768 pixels.

Graphics:

• AMD Radeon R5Radeon R3 graphics card.
