There are some official Warframe wallpapers that were done a long while ago, but since the introduction of the Liset and being able to look out into the beautiful space, I've really wanted new Warframe wallpapers - especially of the view of the Void.
For the lols, I made something similar to what I'd have liked to see (the resolution is 1920x1080, but doesn't quite look like it):
What do you think? Think it'd be awesome to just get the Void background/skybox, on its own?

I've noticed (since the 14.0.6 hotfix) that when I cast Hall of Mirrors, every single time, the mirrored Mirages look bugged. When I tried to figure out what was causing this, I noticed that they would become 'invisible' within a radius of the crosshairs, so I have the feeling the bug has something to do with how the flashlight affects objects...

Has anyone else had this?

Both I and a friend of mine had that bug when we went to the 'B' appearance selection. Not those colours exactly, but just a radical colour scheme. I could take it on a mission with those colours but after the mission, they were permanently gone. The bug was great while it lasted. ^^

U14 is just around the corner, and as much as I'd like to say "Why didn't you just say it'll be out on Friday?", I must say - it takes some serious dedication to be working at 2AM just to get the game update out for people. Warframe has a well and truly spoilt community (in the best sense) and that is because the devs work so hard! I'm making this post before the inevitable onslaught of "dis game be broken wow de you suck" that will come in when U14 does.

I don't really care if something is offensive or not (I follow George Carlin on this one), but I don't think it's fair to make a serious assertion like that about the artistic developers and to back it up with "just a hunch" rather than any actual proof.
Especially when their whole zinger is "well they're probably a straight white male so of course their designs are going to be sexualized" as if that's somehow not discrimination. That may not have been what the poster explicitly stated but it's the essence of their argument and I think it's an extremely unfair assessment.
Ah, I see where you are coming from. Fair enough.

"Hunches" don't really have any place within a context of an in-depth discussion of a serious topic like this.
I do agree that the post isn't all that relevant since this is warframe-specific, but since this is a discussion and his post isn't offensive, having a hunch could be a discussion point, and that's what this thread is all about.

Nova doesn't really have any "edges" ya'know ""owoOdd, the deviantart image seems to have disappeared! A real shame, but you can find the Google images link to it here, which hopefully you can see.
What's great is that Loki, a male frame, is in no way seen like Excalibur, who is also male (I'm pointing this out because this is a topic on the view of genders, I'm not trying to seem condescending). This somewhat shows how different people can interpret how DE has shown the frames, based on personality as opposed to sexuality. The Nova they have drawn has personality written all over it (and is the funniest of the lot, imo).

I think this thread should be revived, which is why I'm posting on it.
This is such a great idea and most people who've seen this thread have wanted this idea to come into the game somehow. I linked it to a friend and the first thing he said was "Why aren't we funding this!?"
People deserve to see this - the author deserves more credit for it, too!

I like this idea - alternatively, someone could just make a program that gives you a random loadout and you simply assign it in-game. I'm surprised something like this doesn't already exist.
As complete coding newbie (I'm learning it in school, but doing personal projects at home) I could make something in Python, provided I was given a weapon list because I'm lazy ^_^
I did make something similar for Titanfall which gave a random loadout but with certain aspects such as a loadout suited for long range or close range combat.

Uhmm id agree I hate farming the keys but what exactly are you suggesting? Prime parts drop from canisters and specific mobs?
I think he means building T4 keys from certain resources dropped from mobs or canisters?

Seriously, though, the cloaker from PAYDAY 2.
Coming from a horror fan who loved the Dead Space games, the cloaker from PAYDAY 2, whilst looking not scary, is the scariest thing I've ever seen in a game. The way they hide behind a car or a doorway when you're carrying loot and the whole team depends on you, then you hear the high-pitched ringing noise becoming louder and louder...

You changed the colour of the text to black because you copied and pasted with black text.
Everything after that is black. To fix that, just copy & paste your whole post into a text document and make the whole thing white. This'll fix your problem.

This happened to me so I validated the files on Steam...
Had to download 7.5GB of the game through Steam and then I launch and get the 'Update Failed!' error again!
Pretty frustrating.
