[Fortuna excavation introduction mission]

I'm MR 4 (almost 5) and this mission is so frustrating, the lack of power dropping enemies in the first part of the mission along with the long range enemies make this too difficult for me to even do one. The worst part about it is I can't even get help from a friend as the mission is solo only. Is there any way for me to be able to do this without just playing more to level up?
