Well I checked another forum and the devs actually responded to the same issue and they said they are working on the next hotfix which will include bug and glitch fixes. They said they were aiming to post this last week but still no news on it.

The developer responded to another forum with people having the same problem and they said their working on fixing this issue with the next hotfix which will release someday this week.

Btw I’m not happy because of the weapons (I still don’t have them) I’m excited because their releasing a hotfix

I sent a support ticket to the developers last night about the issue we’re having with the Twitch Prime weapons. I’m just waiting for a response.

Now I’m wondering I claimed both Trinity and the two weapons at the same time and I’m wondering if a bug was the reason why I couldn’t get the weapons. Or maybe it thought I only claimed Trinity and not the weapons. I don’t even know what the problem is.

I do have the correct account connected to Twitch and it also shows that it’s on my Warframe account, yet only Trinity Prime is showing and not the two weapons.

I claimed my Vectis prime and fang prime twitch prime bundle along with the Trinity Prime bundle yesterday. When I logged in to my Nintendo Switch to claim my bundles, I was only able to receive Trinity Prime, but not the weapons. I have been doing everything to get my weapons by linking and unlinking my accounts, but I just can’t seem to get them. Please help me. I am new to the game (literally just played two days ago) and I am mastery rank 2.
