I'm wonder that would this mod [ Bladed Rounds ] affect Ivara's " Artemis Bow " ?

If it does, this ability has a { 2x critical multiplier }, with a maxed [ Vital Sense ], would i have a total { 6.8x critical multiplier } when aimming after i kill someone with this ability with 9 seconds ?

i'm wonder, if the rising storm with 100% ability duration combine with body count, is the combo time last for 15+3=18 secs, or 15+15=30 secs ?
